Legal Disclaimer
The information contained in this Refund Policy is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. While we aim to ensure our policies comply with applicable Australian laws, including the Australian Consumer Law, Heavenna Spa makes no guarantees regarding the completeness or ongoing legal compliance of this policy. We recommend seeking independent legal advice to ensure this policy is appropriate for your specific circumstances and business operations.
1. Change of Mind
Heavenna Spa does not offer refunds for change of mind once a booking has been confirmed or a service has been provided.
2. Deposits
Deposits are required to secure appointments and are non-refundable.
Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment time if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced to avoid impacting subsequent bookings. The full service fee will still apply.
4. No-Shows
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. In some cases, Heavenna Spa reserves the right to charge the full treatment amount.
5. Completed Services
Due to the nature of spa and personal care services, refunds are not provided for services that have been completed.
If you are dissatisfied with your experience, you must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can assess the matter and determine an appropriate resolution where applicable.
6. Packages & Couples Treatments
For packages, prepaid services, or couples bookings, the above cancellation and deposit conditions apply to each individual included in the booking.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where required by law, Heavenna Spa will provide remedies in accordance with statutory consumer guarantees.
