To ensure the best experience for all our guests, please take a moment to review our service policy before booking. - Bookings & Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments and packages. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposits are deducted from your total on the day of your service. - Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours may result in loss of deposit. - No-shows will be charged 100% of the deposit - Late Arrivals Arriving late may shorten your treatment time to avoid impacting other guests. The full service fee will still apply. - Packages & Promotions Package inclusions and durations are fixed and cannot be substituted or split. Promotional offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated. February or seasonal deals are valid only during the advertised period. - Health & Wellness Please inform us at the time of booking of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or allergies. Heavenna reserves the right to adjust or decline a service if it is not suitable for your wellbeing. - Gift Vouchers - Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date. - Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. - Right to Refuse Service Heavenna maintains a calm, respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate or unsafe behaviour.
